William L. Byrne, Associate

Bill devotes a significant portion of his practice to representing clients in a diverse and wide range of matters including contractual issues, commercial transactions, property disputes, eminent domain matters, construction disputes, mortgage foreclosure, and zoning issues throughout many of the common pleas courts of Pennsylvania as well as all three Federal district courts of Pennsylvania. He has represented clients before the Pennsylvania appellate courts in addition to numerous municipal and zoning boards, the American Arbitration Association, and the Pennsylvania Board of Property.

Prior to joining Hoegen and Associates, Bill was an associate attorney for Byrne Neyhart and Higgins in Scranton, PA for seven years where he practiced personal injury and property liability defense litigation in Federal and state courts. He was also an associate attorney with Nogi, Appleton, Weinberger & Wren, where he concentrated on banking and collection litigation.
