Peter J. Hoegen Jr.
The Founding Member of the Firm, after graduating from Notre Dame Law School, Notre Dame, Indiana Peter moved to Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania in 1971 and began his legal career. Peter worked in the areas of Banking and Finance, Bankruptcy Law, Business & Commercial Law, Real Estate Law and Litigation. In 1990, Peter established Responsible Party Services, Inc., a not-for profit company serving the residents of the region in matters of Guardianship and other forms of representation when incapacity prevents independent living. In 2020, Responsible Party Services, Inc., celebrated 30 years of service, representing not less than 200 residents in various capacities.
Prior to establishing his legal career, Peter was employed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Special Agent and served in the United States Army, Military Intelligence, Chief Warrant Officer.
